Women’s Yoga
Our Women’s yoga is the perfect well balanced class for the busy woman. It’s a delicious blend of hatha flow & nourishing yin poses that will nurture your body. It’s a great class for all women of any age, particularly the mothers who progress from the prenatal & postnatal Mums & Bubs yoga classes. No yoga experience necessary. Classes run in 8 week blocks during school terms. Bookings are essential, as spaces book up quickly. You may start anytime within the 8 week block pending there is space *Please note due to Covid-19 students are required to bring their own Yoga Mat & Props.
