Prenatal Yoga
This beautiful class is specifically designed for the growing needs of a pregnant woman & her baby. Prenatal Yoga is a great way for Mums to be to relax, nourish & restore the body during this special time. Taking “time-out” for yourself, connecting with your baby & making some Mummy friends. Classes are kept small which allow for individual student needs. You can start anytime within your pregnancy, no experience necessary.
Classes run in 8 week blocks during school terms. Bookings are essential, as spaces book up quickly.
You may start anytime within the 8 week block pending there is space.
Classes are offered in two locations, Palmyra & Success.
