Mums & Bubs Postnatal Yoga

This gentle Post-Natal yoga class is specifically design for postpartum mothers with Newborns 6wks + to crawlers. Once baby is fully on the move we suggest the Mothers benefit more from our Women’s Yoga class. Being a mum is the toughest job in the world and this class allows you to nurture yourself & restore the body & mind after pregnancy & birth. Bond with your baby and connect with other local mums in a supportive environment. No yoga experience necessary. Classes run in 8 week blocks during school terms. Bookings are essential, as spaces book up quickly. You may start anytime within the 8 week block pending there is space

“Just enrolled for another 8 week block of pregnancy yoga in the lovely little Palmyra home studio after completing a block already! After a few weeks break i can’t wait to get back into the relaxing weekly class which i leave feeling lighter and more positive every time even on the tough days! Chrissy makes these classes unique with the small student number, gentle flow and environment, calming music and especially by making you feel that little bit spoilt and special with her mini essential oil facial massage at the end.
