When can l start:
You can start Prenatal yoga classes anytime within your pregnancy. We cater for all trimesters. Once you have your 6 week postnatal Doctors clearance you and your baby can start Mums & Bubs postnatal yoga. No yoga experience necessary for either classes.
What to bring:
All props are provided however you’re welcome to use your own yoga mat if you choose. A bottle of water is recommended. For Mums & Bubs please bring you’re baby rug and any toys you may need.
The cost:
8 week block = $180
Please note casual attendance is only available if there is space in the class.
No attendance:
If you are unable to attend a booked class please inform me via email or text prior to class commencing. Missed classes do not roll over into subsequent blocks.
Refunds:
Little Mumma Yoga does not provide refunds once a block has commenced.
