This beautiful class is specifically designed for the growing needs of a pregnant woman & her baby. Prenatal Yoga is a great way for Mums to be to relax, nourish & restore the body during this special time. Taking “time-out” for yourself, connecting with your baby & making some Mummy friends. Classes are kept small which allow for individual student needs. You can start anytime within your pregnancy, no experience necessary.
Classes run in 8 week blocks. Bookings are essential, as spaces book up quickly.

*Please note due to Covid-19 students are required to bring their own Yoga Mat & Props.
- Guided postures, specifically for each stage of pregnancy
- Relaxation, Breath work & meditation
- Pelvic Floor toning
- Bulding strength & staminar to help prepare for childbirth, motherhood & beyond
I offer my classes south of the river in Palmyra & Success. Both classes commence within the same week for the same duration of time (8 week block) unless there is a public holiday. There is a short break between each block of classes.
