Mums & Bubs Postnatal Yoga
This gentle Post-Natal yoga class is specifically design for postpartum mothers with Newborns 6wks + to crawlers. Once baby is fully on the move we suggest the Mothers benefit more from our Women’s Yoga class.
Being a mum is the toughest job in the world and this class allows you to nurture yourself & restore the body & mind after pregnancy & birth. Bond with your baby and connect with other local mums in a supportive environment. No yoga experience necessary.
Classes run in 8 week blocks during school terms. Bookings are essential, as spaces book up quickly.
You may start anytime within the 8 week block pending there is space
*Please note due to Covid-19 students are required to bring their own Yoga Mat & Props.

- Strengthen and tone the core and rebuild the pelvic floor muscles
- Bulding strength & staminar to help with the many challenges of motherhood
