Little Mumma Yoga Prenatal & Postnatal classes run in length of 8 week blocks.
Each class is different and tailored to student needs. It is not a run as a course so you can start anytime within the current block given there is space. However due to smaller classes it is recommended that you book in advance as spaces are limited. If you have prior engagements for some of the classes, it is possible to pay the portion of the block you can attend. However this must be arrange when booking.
When can l start:
You can start Prenatal yoga classes anytime within your pregnancy. We cater for all trimesters.
Once you have your 6 week postnatal Doctors clearance you and your baby can start Mums & Bubs postnatal yoga. No yoga experience necessary for either classes.
You must complete our clearance form prior to starting your Pre or Postnatal Yoga block.
What to bring:
All props are provided however you’re welcome to use your own yoga mat if you choose. A bottle of water is recommended. For Mums & Bubs please bring you’re baby rug and any toys you may need.
8 week block = $180
Please note casual attendance is only available if there is space in the class.
If you are unable to attend a booked class please inform me via email or text prior to class commencing. Missed classes do not roll over into subsequent blocks.
Little Mumma Yoga does not provide refunds once a block has commenced. If you need to stop practicing prenatal yoga due to unforeseen medical reasons, you must provide a Doctors certificate. A credit towards our mums & bubs class will then be offered.
