Hi Im Chrissy the founder and main teacher of Little Mumma Yoga. I am lucky to be mumma of two children, a four year old boy & one year old girl. I created Little Mumma Yoga because l never found what l was searching for in a pregnancy yoga class.

So my purpose is quiet simple, to create beautiful & uplifting classes that nurture woman throughout pregnancy & early stages of motherhood. A relaxed environment where woman come together to share the joy of yoga & leave with new mummy friends – That is truly the heart of Little Mumma Yoga.

This special time in your life can be very exciting yet challenging all the same. As your body changes in pregnancy so do your needs, and then you become a Mum wow! You can relax knowing your in a supported environment with specialised pre & postnatal yoga teachers that provide only whats best for you.

Its a joy to watch my students grow throughout their pregnancy & then meeting the little babies in the postnatal class makes it all worth it. Some of the best friendships you will ever create come from motherhood.

Bec Fardig

Bec is a Yoga lover, vinyasa enthusiast and mumma bear to a rambunctious 1 year old boy.

Yoga has been apart of her life for the past 10 years on and off the mat.

Her trainings include 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand & Pre & Postnatal Yoga with Bliss Baby Yoga, Acuyin with Jo Phee.

Bec teaches the Postnatal Mums & Bubs classes.
